My Post Workout Snack

My Post Workout Snack

  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 Tablespoon Tapioca Flour
  • 1 Heaping Tablespoon Baking Cocoa
  • Add water to make it a cake batter consistency
  • Microwave for 1 1/2 minutes then enjoy every bite

Peanut Butter Cups from My Coach Crystal Leigh

EQUAL PARTS COCONUT OIL (cold pressed/unrefined) and COCOA POWDER (whatever type you like)

PEANUT BUTTER

  • Melt coconut oil & cocoa powder in double boiler
  • Add in stevia if like it sweet & pinch of salt
  • Pour into molds just enough to fill bottom
  • Freeze 10-15 minutes
  • Add your peanut butter
  • Top with more chocolate mixture
  • Freeze
  • Enjoy!

Protein Buckeyes

Ingredients:

  • 1 Container of Low Fat Cream Cheese
  • 100g of Peanut Butter
  • 72g Peanut Butter or Vanilla Protein
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 26 Wafers of Melting Chocolate. (Can be varied, 13 White Chocolate, 13 Milk Chocolate for example)

Directions:

  • Combine cream cheese & peanut butter until combined well, then mi in the protein powder and vanilla
  • Take the mixture and form small balls (approximately 24), then put in the freezer for about 40 minutes.
  • Heat the wafers in a microwave-safe container for about 30-60 seconds, stir until smooth
  • Use a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate.
  • Cool in the refrigerator for another 5 to 10 minutes then enjoy!

Protein Nut Butter Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Oil
  • Two Scoops Chocolate Protein
  • Nut Butter

Directions:

Melt coconut oil and mix with the chocolate protein. Pour into small silicone molds about 1/2 way, then freeze for 5 minutes. Add teaspoon or so of favorite nut butter and top off with remaining chocolate/coconut mixture. Freeze for another 5 minutes, enjoy. Store in freezer until eaten.

Protein Cookie Dough

Ingredients:

  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Protein
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of Almond Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon of Almond Butter
  • Dairy Free Dark Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Stir protein, almond milk and almond butter into a doughy texture, then add chocolate chips to taste!

Mocha Oatmeal

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Steel-Cut Oats
  • 1 Cup Brewed Coffee
  • 1/2 Cup Milk or Unsweetened Non-Dairy Milk
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder of Choice
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract (can omit if using vanilla protein powder)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Raspberries
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
