I am a NASM certified personal trainer and fully insured.
One day I was working out at the guy and a guy said to me “you should be a personal trainer”. Obviously, it intrigued me and I kept thinking about it.
I decided to look into it and found out that you had to be CPR and first aid certified. Well, mine had lapsed so I tabled it for another time.
A few months go by and I decide to become CPR & First Aid certified. With that accomplished I decided to look into Nutrition and personal training programs. I found NASM and decided to sign up for both the personal training certification and Nutrition coach online courses.

I passed my exams and became certified in 2021.
