I was working out for a couple of years with a personal trainer but, I couldn’t find anyone who knew how to help me meet my goals with nutrition. I eventually found out about the app MYPlate and started to use that. I knew I needed to do more than that to truly meet my goals at the time. Thankfully, one day I was getting my nails done with my sister and a lady over heard me complaining about no one being able to help me with my diet. She proceeded to tell me about her amazing coaches that are helping her loose weight and how she is following a meal plan. I got the number to the coaches from her and contacted them. I met my coaches for the first time on Jan. 29, 2019. I knew right then and there they were exactly what I was looking for and needed to help me reach my goals. They put me on a meal plan and everything was coming together finally. I have been cycling from eating intuitively and being on a meal plan months at a time. I am currently back on a meal plan to do a bit of a cut to get this body more summer ready.
I understand how frustrating it can be. I decided to be a nutrition coach because I discovered there was a big need for this. I wanted to help others to reach their goals. Without the nutrition piece you can’t fully reach your goals.
