Protein BuckeyesIngredients: 1 Container of Low Fat Cream Cheese 100g of Peanut Butter 72g Peanut Butter or Vanilla Protein 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 26 Wafers of Melting Chocolate. (Can be varied, 13 White Chocolate, 13 Milk Chocolate for example) Directions: Combine cream cheese & peanut butter until combined well, then mi in the protein powder and vanilla Take the mixture and form small balls (approximately 24), then put in the freezer for about 40 minutes. Heat the wafers in a microwave-safe container for about 30-60 seconds, stir until smooth Use a toothpick to dip the balls into the chocolate. Cool in the refrigerator for another 5 to 10 minutes then enjoy!
