I’d like to talk about stress management a bit. What do you do to manage your stress? Remember disease is a body not at ease.

When you’re stressed from work, kids, finances or relationships how do you destress your body so your cells aren’t absorbing all of that? I too very often forget to use the tools I know to destress my body.

I do, however, workout at the gym 5-6 days per week. Some things I know about and are much happier and healthier when I do them are chakra clearing and tapping. Exercise is essential. I book myself a massage not as often as I should but I find it to be very soothing and resets me. I pray often and get out in nature. Some do yoga something I’ve been wanting to explore and will do so at some point. Journaling is very powerful as well it is not good to keep those emotions in. You can write down all you would want to say to someone who hurt you or just isn’t healthy in your life and that will get it all out. You don’t have to give it to them it’s just as powerful at getting it off your chest even if you just write it down store it or throw it out after the exercise. People will insult you and judge you and cause your harm to try to remember it’s their inner struggles coming out at you. However, it still hurts especially when it’s a close family member or friend so it’s important to work through it with tapping, talking it out and or writing it down. I find tapping very beneficial you can check out a book about it on Amazon called: Tapping into Ultimate Success by Jack Canfield and Pamela Bruner. I also, use positive affirmations daily. I find it helps to listen to uplifting music and CDs like “What I know for sure” by Opera Winfrey. A great Cd I listen to in my vehicle for chakra clearing is: “Chakra Clearing” by Doreen Virtue.
