Good day my WRIOR1 friends,

I have been so busy I haven’t had a chance to write for you in way too long.

Just a brief update:

I stopped receiving a localized reaction at my injection site (aka mistletoe) so I have to go up to 50mg from 30mg. I’m hoping I only get a localized reaction at that level. Will soon find out. I’ve been on 30mg for so long and honestly thought that I was going to be staying at that level. Not sure why I stopped getting a reaction. So, I’ll update later on that.

Good day everyone,

I haven’t written a blog is so long. I have been so busy educating myself in personal training. That’s a lot to take in!

I belong to many cancer groups. I encourage you to join one if you haven’t as a survivor or as someone going through it. I find it rewarding, inspirational and yes, sad at times.

I can’t stress enough the importance of taking supplements. Please get a natural path on board. I am a survivor and I take a lot of supplements to help stay a survivor!

I haven’t spoken about my treatment/prevention program for a bit so I’m going to recap a few things.

First of all, I found an amazing knowledgeable natural path in New Castle Maine, Dr. Anne Jacobs 207-523-9247. She is the one that prescribed my Mistletoe therapy. I switched my oncologist to New England Cancer specialist in Topsham 207-729-1148. I provided the numbers in case you were interested in exploring if they are right for you.

Good day everyone,

I’d like to talk to you about mindset a bit more and some random thoughts as well.

More and more I learn how extremely powerful your mind is! It controls all! It truly is what got me through my cancer journey, thinking positive thoughts and keeping it out of cancer. No matter the battle you are facing today learn through practice to take control of your mind and you will get through each day better. It isn’t easy to control the mind it tends to want to run negative. Don’t let it win, you take control.

Alkaline VS Acidic diet and a couple of misc items

If your PH is too acidic that is where cancer thrives because cancer cells feed on acid. You can buy ph strips that you use to test your ph level to know if it’s acidic or alkaline. You test your saliva or urine. It’s super easy. Foods that you can eat that are alkaline are Broccoli, cucumber, kale, spinach, avocado, arugula, celery, cabbage, celery, lemon, and tomato just to name a few. Apparently, no disease can exist in an alkaline environment per Dr. Otto Warburg.

Hair Coming in 2016October 5, 2019

Good day,

I will tell you that although mistletoe did not put me flat in bed at any point the 30mg level has caused me fatigue daily for the past month. Not an easy thing to cope with daily, however, not bad considering how I could have felt and would feel if I had cancer. I am hoping my body’s immune system will adjust to the mistletoe at this level soon. The symptoms should subside. I am quite happy my body has been able to handle it and get me to this level. Some people might have a maintenance level of 5mg. Everyone’s body is different. It’s very beneficial to have mistletoe onboard period! That’s it about mistletoe for today.

I’d like to talk about stress management a bit. What do you do to manage your stress? Remember disease is a body not at ease.

When you’re stressed from work, kids, finances or relationships how do you destress your body so your cells aren’t absorbing all of that? I too very often forget to use the tools I know to destress my body.

Mistletoe and nutrition:

I have injected 30 mg two times now. I have only gotten a large red swollen raised area and a bit of an upset stomach here and there. My natural path is ordering me a pack of all 30mg. I’m quite happy I have made it up to 30mg.

Nutrition: So so very important for disease prevention and healing! In the book “UnDo It” they state some real facts I have noticed on my own journey and my daughter’s health journey that on a recent survey of medical schools revealed an average of fewer than five hours are devoted to nutrition education and even less after medical school. Let that sink in for a minute.

Mistletoe and Inner Villian:

I injected 20mg dose the other day and the only reaction I have at this time is a very large raised red area. If I continue to do well with this injection the next injection will be 30mg.

A very strange thing has happened within the past week. I am seeing some reproductive symptoms. I have not had any reproductive symptoms in three years. I have been post- menopausal since 2016. Cancer I had was fed by estrogen. My natural path is doing blood work to check my hormone levels. I am told that I am restoring health and that this is not uncommon in younger woman. After healing my body restores itself to pre-menopausal levels. I find this very interesting so I thought I would share it with you. I am excited to hear that I am restoring health. I am concerned about producing estrogen that we are working on decreasing the potency of. I am looking forward to the lab results and what the next step will be to take. I’ll keep you posted.

Thoughts about getting through and survival:

First a quick bit about Mistletoe, I am injecting at 10MG still. I am supposed to go up to 20MG but with a child having two broken wrists I decided to stay at 10 since I do not know how I’ll feel at 20mg. I’ll report the 20mg once I try it.

Getting through a tough journey with cancer. You will have harder days and some not so bad days. Just take one day at a time one moment at a time if that’s all you can do. It controls you not the other way around. All you can do is keep your head high as much as possible because it is with faith and positive mindset that gets you through it with the best outcome possible. I found a quote of “This too shall Pass” helped me stay focused on healing and getting through.

Mistletoe and research:

I completed the rounds of 5mg and at the end, I was getting a very little reaction. I am now injecting 10mg. I have injected it twice now and I am getting a smaller skin reaction than I have before. The reaction went right down flat and less red a lot quicker as well. My next injection is supposed to be 20mg for two injections then it goes up to 30. My doctor wants to see what my body can take. I’ll let you know how my body reacts to the 20 next time.

Research. Please, people, think outside of the box. Look stuff up online, read books, make an appointment with a natural path and talk to other people. You are your best advocate and you need to find out all you can about cancer. How to prevent it, family history, how to beat it and prevent reoccurrence. The more you know the better off you are. It’s mind, soul, and body that needs to be healthy.
